Nicola Lees runs a prestigious mid-career mentoring scheme for WFTV, which has helped more than 100 women advance their careers in film and television. She has spoken on Gender Diversity at the European Broadcasting Union in Brussels, and advised international organisations on different approaches to mentoring and career development.
