After last winter’s huge success, it’s time once again for Gothenburg Film Studios to invite both the professional, the amateur, and the curious alike to GoKinema 2012 with Workshops, Art Department, Expo and Open Set, GoKinema gives you the chance to take a look into the film world’s most enigmatic location; Behind The Scenes.

At GoKinema you get to listen to internationally renowned instructors and speakers share their collective experience and knowledge within their respective fields. You can meet the people that create props, costumes, special effects and scenography. You get the chance to explore and test out the latest within film technology. You even get the unique opportunity to follow an actual, live film production from shoot to final edit.

GoKinema is for those of you who wish to learn from others within the business, but also for those who wish to share their knowledge and experiences.  It is for those of you that come here to develop your craft, hone your skills, make new, valuable contacts and find inspiration.

Gothenburg Film Studios is a film production complex located at Lindholmen, in central Gothenburg. Within our 10,000 square meters over 45 film-related companies are gathered, specializing in among other things, production services, special effects, scenography, props, light and sound design. Gothenburg Film Studios plays an active role in the development of a strong film industry in West Sweden.
